📖 How This Works
This tab answers one question: how much does Dave need to inject into the business to cover operating costs through end of the week?
Every day MLMC spends money — payroll, rent, utilities, loan payments, and other fixed costs. That total daily spend is the burn rate. Multiplied by the number of days in the selected window (1 week, 2 weeks, etc.) gives you the total projected expenses for that period.
Against that, the business expects to bring in money two ways: pipeline inflow (customers picking up orders and paying invoices) and deposit inflow (the rolling weekly average of cash and check deposits based on the last 4 weeks). Together those form total expected inflow.
Capital Needed = Projected Expenses − Expected Inflow. If inflow covers the burn, Dave doesn't need to inject anything. If there's a gap, that's the number he needs to wire in before Friday to keep operations running without a shortfall.
Projection is conservative — pipeline revenue is discounted 10% for collection timing. Deposits use a 4-week rolling average. The expense breakdown below shows exactly what's going where.

✕ NO — User error or out of scope
Click ✕ Close on the ticket. A brief reply explaining why is good practice.

Handle today — auth, billing, data loss, or tenant issues. Set IN_PROGRESS immediately.
MEDIUM RISK
Schedule within 24 hours — sync failures, workflow breaks, permission errors.
LOW RISK
Batch in the next maintenance pass — display issues, wording, minor UI fixes.

Work the fix → mark FIX IN TESTING
Set the ticket to In Progress when you start. When the fix is deployed, move it to Fix in Testing so the status updates for the client.

Confirm resolved → mark RESOLVED ✓

Note: Items marked Critical must be resolved before onboarding any paying customer. Items marked High should be completed within 90 days of launch. Claude can draft the ToS, Privacy Policy, Farm Data Addendum, and DPA — they will still require attorney review before use.
